About the Seattle Townhome Team
The Seattle Townhome Team is a group of agents who came together last year to pool our resources and create a boutique real estate firm uniquely qualified to help clients buy and sell townhomes. Our combined experience in Seattle’s townhome business is unsurpassed- we sell over 500 townhomes every year.
Part of our work involves helping builders find land to build on and then selling the properties. As a result of this system, we are involved in the entire process and know what projects are coming up before they are even listed and on the market. Also, because of our years of experience working with builders, we can give you a sense of construction quality before a building is even completed. We are familiar with what finishes, design palates, and amenities each builder uses and can share that knowledge with you. Lastly, we are masters of the presale, or the sale of a building that has not yet been constructed. Because so many townhomes are sold this way, if you want to buy a townhome, you need an agent with experience in presales. We know every detail of the process and will help you understand how to safely go about buying your new home when it’s still a hole in the ground.
