Gabe Rosenshine

Gabe Rosenshine failed his real estate licensing exam twice before barely passing it on his third attempt. He then went on to outsell every agent in his Windermere office. Within another few years, Gabe had moved to Re/MAX where he became the number one Re/MAX agent for the state of Washington in both 2005 and 2006. His immense knowledge of land and townhomes sales is a huge asset to the team. Gabe is a talented spark plug with an unrivaled energy and tenacity.

Gabe’s talents are most evident in his work for builders where he has an uncanny ability to find land for them where other agents fail. He uses a combination of detective skills and bravado to locate new property for new construction. In total, Gabe has sold land to well over 70 builders and completed over 700 transactions. Gabe hires people with skill sets that fill in his blanks, and as a result, leads a dynamic team with a rare combination of energy, knowledge, and attention to detail.

Gabe grew up in a townhome in Baltimore, Maryland and has been drawn to this housing ever since. Before his career in real estate, Gabe attended culinary school and worked as a chef and part owner of a small fine dining restaurant. He enjoys boxing and lives with his eight pound cat, Simone.

Jay Miller

While Jay Miller was growing up, his father worked as a general contractor. As Jay watched the excavators, dump trucks, and cement trucks that his father directed and saw buildings go up, he knew that he too wanted to work in construction. At the age of six, his parents hired him to excavate a hole large enough for an in ground hot tub. He completed the work using a shovel and a little red wagon.

Within weeks of his graduation from the University of Washington in 1994, he landed a job managing the construction of 28 townhomes. At even this early point in his career, he was involved in all aspects of the project, including land acquisition and construction. His managers, recognizing his ease in working with people and skill in negotiation, paid him to get his real estate license and contracted him to sell the very same project he had overseen from its conception.

In 2003, it became clear to Jay that selling real estate was his greatest strength and he began work as a full time agent with Re/MAX. In just a few years, he has sold more than 500 properties. What sets Jay apart from other top agents is his knowledge of the building trade and entire construction process. Because of his years in construction, he is able to translate the language of builders for prospective homeowners. In addition, he can help clients envision what a completed project will look like before stud walls are even up.

Jay lives with his wife and two children in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle.
